Fitness to Work
Fitness to Work is part of the mySMARTOH suite. It helps occupational health professionals assess whether an employee is fit to perform a specific job, including pre-employment, periodic, and return-to-work assessments.
The module supports multiple assessment categories, structured questionnaires, clinical outcomes, and printable reports so clinics and employers can complete the fitness determination in one workflow.
Assessment Process
Select the assessment category, complete the examination, and issue a fitness outcome with supporting documentation.
